These terms apply to the Alpha Circle beta app and to this informational page.
What the product is
Alpha Circle is an informational XAUUSD signal transparency layer and a beta tool. The system watches signal sources, filters them into one format and shows agents, entry, SL, TP levels and the history of active and closed signals to support a decision. It is not a promise of autonomously AI-generated signals.
Not financial advice
Alpha Circle is not financial advice, an investment recommendation, a guaranteed-profit system or automatic copy trading. The information in the app is not individually tailored advice to buy, sell or hold financial instruments.
Trading risk
Trading XAUUSD and other financial-market instruments is risky. You may lose part or all of your capital. You make the decision to open, hold, change or close a position yourself and take on all the associated risk.
Execution differences
Your real result may differ from the information shown in the app due to broker prices, spread, bid/ask difference, execution speed, liquidity, entry timing, internet connection and the position-management strategy you choose.
Beta features
Alpha Circle is in beta. Features, calculation rules, signal presentation, the access model and product logic may change. Access may be limited, suspended or revoked if needed for product security, testing or rule compliance.
Third-party services
TestFlight, Firebase App Distribution, Telegram, brokers, payments and other partner services may have their own separate terms. By using third-party services you agree to their rules and privacy policies.
Liability
Alpha Circle aims to provide clear and consistent signal information, but does not guarantee data completeness, accuracy, uninterrupted operation or a specific financial result. By using the beta you agree that you make decisions independently.
Complaints and notices
If you believe the page or app contains an inaccuracy, infringes a right, or that something should be removed, write on Telegram: @HodICrypto. Notices are assessed based on what data is actually used in Alpha Circle systems and which third-party platforms are involved.
